Lovin' Huntington Beach!

So as Sunday night comes to a close, Joy's on her way back to San Francisco on a bus - so she can make it back in time for work tomorrow. Thanks for coming over here, Joy! Tomorrow, it's more work, some shopping and hopefully visits from the Fortich relatives! We'll see! Two more days and I'm leaving on a jet plane!

Sunday In Hollywood

Sunday, Oct 2 - Tita Beng, Tita Nina, Joy and I head to North Hollywood to see Lola,Tita Susan and Uncle Greg. While the girls play mahjong, Uncle Greg takes us to see Hollywood and visit Universal Studios' Citywalk!

Ok... Mirzi and I split the prawn and clam linguine and Joy had eggplant parmigiana! The food was so wonderful. Thanks Tita Beng!

Joy flies into HB

Joy flew in Friday afternoon from San Francisco to spend the weekend with me! Was very happy! Met her at Fashion Island mall. This shot was at Rombi's where we had dinner with Mirzi (yes, she was in the States too!)

This is the lovely restaurant that Frank and Tita Beng own. Frank's the chef, Tita Beng runs the restaurant with him. Its a quaint, cozy little place with awesome food. So far, I've eaten crab cakes, prawn and clam linquine,shrimp scampi -- DELICIOSO!

James and Cathy Hu of Beth Healthcare LLC (my client) pick me up from Tita Beng's house and we have lunch and proceed to our meetings. We had dinner at this nice mexican place.

I'm in Huntington Beach, folks

I flew into LA last Thursday early morning. Sat next to a very pleasant senior who spoke to me the entire way. (You're a good man, Bob). Tita Beng picks me up from the airport. Traffic - I never realized just how far Huntington Beach was from the airport. Anyway, here I am at the house of Tita Beng and Frank. :-)
